Welcome to AuraBet. By downloading or using the AuraBet app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AuraBet, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

AuraBet is a social confidence and dating app that uses a casino-themed interface to deliver AI-generated conversation starters, message feedback, and profile optimization tools. The casino mechanic is purely aesthetic and for entertainment purposes. No real money is involved at any point.

3. Virtual Currency

• AuraBet uses virtual chips ("chips") as in-app currency
• Chips have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes
• Chips can be earned through gameplay and purchased via in-app purchase
• Purchased chips are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to modify chip values, costs, and rewards at any time

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

AuraBet offers optional paid subscriptions ("Pro Aura") and chip pack purchases processed through Apple's App Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
• Free trial periods, if offered, will convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
• We do not offer refunds for unused subscription periods or chip packs except where required by law

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use AuraBet for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the app
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the app
• Harass, threaten, or harm other people using content generated by AuraBet
• Submit content designed to manipulate or abuse the AI systems

6. AI-Generated Content

AuraBet uses AI to generate pickup lines, message feedback, and profile suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for entertainment and informational purposes only
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content
• You are solely responsible for how you use content generated by the app
• AuraBet is not responsible for outcomes resulting from use of generated content in real-world interactions

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within AuraBet is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of AuraBet is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers

AuraBet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the app will meet your expectations. Dating and social outcomes are entirely dependent on your own actions and circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraBet and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to dating outcomes, social interactions, or reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app. Upon termination, your virtual chips and saved content will be permanently deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AuraBet after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
